Carnage In The TMZ
We’ve covered the nightlife in the Thirty Mile Zone for three years — but sometimes the club scene goes terribly, terribly wrong.
Our cameras began rolling around 2:30 AM, moments after an unidentified woman was smashed into by an SUV outside of STK and left motionless in the street as the allegedly boozed up driver sped off — unaware of the bloody disaster she left in her wake.
As the suspect drove away, the victim’s boyfriend chased down the SUV and pulled the driver out of the car. The confrontation is the most powerful, emotional exchange we’ve ever caught on tape.
LAPD tells us a girl was arrested for felony hit and run and DUI. We’re told the victim suffered a broken pelvis, but she’ll be fine.
UPDATE: The driver of the car — who sources confirm is the girl we got on camera afterwards — registered a .17 blood alcohol content. Legal limit in California is .08.

Yes, that’s Mini-Me Verne Troyer in a sex tape shot with his former live-in girlfriend at the couple’s apartment. A third party has snatched up the tape and although no deal has been made, we hear dealer Kevin Blatt, who brokered the deal for Paris’ video, is entertaining a $100k offer from SugarDVD to distribute the nastiness. We would have thought the tape was worth at least ONE BILLION DOLLARS.

Paris Involved In Another Hit & Run
Paris and Benji turned a simple nightclub exit into a police matter last night after their car ran over a paparazzo’s foot.
As the snappers swarmed PBandJ’s ride, a loud yelping sound can be heard as Benj drove right over one photog’s checkered shoe-covered foot outside Foxtail. After the rollover, Madden checked out the situation and took off. But just minutes ago, TMZ learned the treadmarked photog is currently dealing with the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department over the incident. No word on whether Benji and Paris are even aware of that yet. Good morning, lovers!
UPDATE: The photographer just left the L.A. Sheriff’s Department in West Hollywood, where he filed a hit and run report.

Bill O’Reilly Calls For Conference To Discuss Racy Miley Cyrus Pics
Fox News host Bill O’Reilly has called for a “conference” to discuss new leaked photos of a lingerie-clad Miley Cyrus, 15.”Look, we have so few role models, particularly for little girls in this country,” he said on his show Wednesday. “She is the main one. I hate to see this.”Parents all over the country like this girl because she is clean-cut.”
In the photos, he said she “is kinda doing a teasy, peek-a-boo thing.”
“She’s 14 in these pictures - that is the problem,” he added. “She’s 14, and and the guy [is] obviously older [in the photos].”
On Tuesday, Cyrus pal Joe Jonas came to her defense.
“No one’s perfect and everybody makes their mistakes,” he said. “I think it’s the way you handle it and come out of it the proper and respectful way.”
Cyrus, an Us Power Girl who just inked a seven-figure book deal for a memoir, has yet to comment on the photos, which hit the Internet earlier this week.

Jen Aniston Gives $30,000 To Each Contestant On Oprah’s Big Give
As Usmagazine.com first reported, Jennifer Aniston surprised contestants when she appeared on Sunday’s season finale of Oprah’s Big Give.
After thanking each of the seven contestants for their work and awarding them their cash gifts of $10,000, she caused mouths to drop even more when she declared, “That just felt too good. I personally would like to triple it. So we’re going to go $30,000. Guys, thank you for doing this and inspiring everybody.” (Winner Stephen Paletta took home the $1 million prize for completing a giveaway challenge with zero funds. He will keep half the money and donate the rest to charity.)
(According to Forbes, Aniston earned $14 million in 2007. On The Oprah Winfrey Show last month, Drew Barrymore gave away $1 million to the United Nations World Food Programme to help feed children in Africa, and Simon Cowell paid off a $162,000 mortgage to a family with a three-year-old daughter with cancer.)
