Angelina Jolie Birth Rumors Not True
Contrary to a flurry of recent reports that Angelina Jolie has delivered her twins, PEOPLE confirms that the rumors are not true.
“Angelina has not given birth. She is fine, enjoying her home and her family in France,” a rep for the actress tells PEOPLE.
Jolie and Brad Pitt recently signed a long-term lease for a chateau on the French Riviera. The 32-year-old – already mom to Maddox, 6; Pax, 4; Zahara, 3; and Shiloh, 2 – also revealed to reporters at the Cannes International Film Festival that she was considering giving birth in France – and that French is the “second language” in the family’s home.

Dina Lohan Says Lindsay Went to ER for Asthma
Lindsay Lohan went to the hospital on Thursday night because she was having an asthma attack, her mom tells PEOPLE.
“She was losing oxygen. She couldn’t breathe,” Dina Lohan says about her 21-year-old daughter, whose emergency room trip with deejay Samantha Ronson was photographed. On Friday, the star’s rep claimed that she went to the hospital to visit a friend.
“She was afraid to go the hospital because [the paparazzi] were gonna write about it. She was sick,” the elder Lohan adds at an event for Project Cuddle. “If you were sick, and you’re mother couldn’t even take you to a hospital because paparazzi will fabricate some story, you know, it’s sad. It’s really sad.”
But Dina says Lindsay’s lucky to have Ronson by her side, telling PEOPLE, “Samantha is an angel.”

Most of us forget about other kids like Jonbennet Ramsey that have gotton child abuse. JonBennet Ramsey was only six years old when she died. She was a very famous model and actress. Beacause she was so rich someone sent her a letter asking for tons of Money. On the letter it said if she diden’t pay she would die. JonBennet never saw the letter and died. Later that night JonBenet’s parents were worried beacause they couldn’t find her. So they called the poilce and found her dead in her closet.

50 and the mother of his son Shaniqua Tompkis are seen arguing in the streets. Things got so heated 50 had to be held back. All of this started when 50 tried to kick her out of a house he owns.

The fire broke out at the six bedroom, five bath house in Dix Hills, NY around 5:00 AM. Six people, including the rapper’s ex Shaniqua Tompkins and their 10-year-old son Marquise, were in the house. They all were transported to the hospital and treated for smoke inhalation.
The Chief of the Dix Hills Fire Department tells TMZ that dogs are currently searching the burned out rubble, as the intensity of the fire made it highly suspect. The Chief says they’re searching for what substance possibly could have been used as an igniter.
The house has been the subject of a bitter dispute between Fiddy, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, and Tompkins. The rapper reportedly bought the home — one of the biggest cribs in the area — for a cool $1.4 mil in January 2007. Last month he tried to evict Tompkins and Marquise from the house, demanding she pay him $4,500 a month in rent.
A source tells TMZ that at the end of a long day of depositions, things got very heated at Tompkins’ lawyer’s office and that someone in Fiddy’s entourage went nuts and “trashed” the office. That led to a police report being filed and the action spilled out onto the streets of lower Manhattan.
What’s more, when Tompkins was deposed yesterday, the session had to be held at State Supreme Court for security reasons.

Ali Lohan a diva?
Lindsay isn’t the only the spoiled brat in the Lohan Family. Blohan’s baby sis can also be quite an self-centered little asshat when she doesn’t get her way; and Ali Lohan’s diva fits could give her big sis a run for her money, a new tabloid report claims. The fourteen year old aspiring actress was overheard flying into Full Bitch Mode on a cameraman during shooting for her E! reality show Living Lohan in Malibu on May 18th.
“She was screaming at him while the two were in her car, ‘Get that damn camera out of my damn face,’” celebrity spies tells Star Magazine.
Friends of the family fear Ali’s attitude will put a damper on her chances of becoming America’s next big screen little darling:
“She has become a bigger nightmare than Lindsay ever was. Despite her off-set problems, Lindsay acts like a pro when she’s working. Ali just doesn’t treat her coworkers with respect, and that’ll hurt her in this business.”

Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson were forced to reveal the impending arrival of their first baby bundle on the website FriendsorEnemies.com after celebrity weeklies refused to shell out big bucks for an exclusive interview and photoshoot about the newlywed’s first pregnancy. PEOPLE Magazine reported lackluster sales after forking over fistfuls of cash (approximately a cool million to be exact) for a cover shot and exclusive pictures from Pete and Ashlee’s wedding earlier this month; subsequently the rest of the industry decided to pass on a massive payout for an exclusive story confirming Ashlee’s pregnancy. (Papa Joe must be losing his touch.)
MSNBC reports:
…The baby was blogged about because none of the weeklies wanted to run an exclusive (i.e., pay for photos) for a big story about the couple’s bundle-of-joy-to-be. “Their wedding story didn’t do well on newsstands, so everyone passed on the baby story. And of course, it wasn’t like it was news (that they were expecting) anyway.”
A la Jessica Simpson, mother-to-be Ashlee Simpson-Wentz is preparing to channel her inner “dumbass” for a new reality show about her life as Mrs. Pete Wentz. The newlyweds have already begun shopping footage for the proposed series to several television networks and Ash works overtime to appear as enduringly dense as her big sister Jess did on her own unscripted hit, MTV’s Newlyweds: Nick & Jessica.
“One scene is at a dinner and everyone is toasting to business ventures and important things like that,” a celebrity source revealed to OK! Magazine. “But when it came to Ashlee, she toasted ‘to jewelry,’ and Pete just shook his head.”

Steven Tyler says he went into rehab for a safe environment
Steven Tyler checked into a rehab facility in search of a “safe environment” to recover from several foot surgeries and physical therapy, the Aerosmith frontman said in a statement Thursday.
Tyler said the surgeries were to correct long-time foot injuries resulting from his physical performances as the singer for the blues-rock band.
“The doctors told me the pain in my feet could be corrected but it would require a few surgeries over time,” Tyler said in the statement. “The ‘foot repair’ pain was intense, greater than I’d anticipated. The months of rehabilitative care and the painful strain of physical therapy were traumatic. I really needed a safe environment to recuperate where I could shut off my phone and get back on my feet.”
The 60-year-old was known for heavy drug and alcohol abuse in the 1970s and early 1980s, but completed rehabilitation in 1986, after which Aerosmith enjoyed a successful revival.

Spears lawyer says she is “not yet fit” to take part in case
Britney Spears is not yet fit to participate in court proceedings in her conservatorship case, her lawyer told a Los Angeles Superior Court commissioner Thursday.
Samuel Ingham, Spears’ court-appointed attorney, and attorneys for the pop star’s father and conservator, James Spears, spent 90 minutes in Commissioner Reva Goetz’ chambers.
Ingham told the court afterward that Spears’ medical condition is “fluid” because her treatment is changing.
Spears’ probate case is scheduled to go to trial July 31, but Ingham said it could be “harmful” for her to participate. Goetz agreed and said Spears’ diagnosis is not complete.
The 26-year-old singer and her estate have been under the conservatorship of her father for four months.

The story:
America’s Next Top Model winner CariDee English recently attempted suicide by taking an overdose of prescription pills just hours after joining other celebrities for the grand opening of a new Casino.
How they found her:
CariDee was in sweatpants and a cut-off T-shirt sitting on the toilet, saying that she took about 10 pills that she had for depression and anxiety.
“She said it was a stupid thing. She was feeling depressed because she was having problems with her boyfriend. She was pretty well intoxicated and was slurring her words.”
How they kept her alive:
“Security kept making sure she didn’t fall asleep,” the insider told The Enquirer.
The ambulance rushed the model to Backus Care Center in Norwich Conn, where she remained several days before being released.
As MediaTakeOut.com reported to you a few weeks ago, CariDee recently broke up with her longtime boyfriend. She was reported to have been dating model Tyson Beckford.

Chris drops $100,000 on RIRI
After spending months denying their romance, singers Chris Brown and Rihanna are getting serious… about their gift giving. According to OK! magazine, Brown recently spent $100,000 on two ruby and diamond necklaces for his 20-year-old pop star girlfriend. Rihanna reportedly returned the thought with a blinged out cross pendant necklace for Brown.
“Rihanna gave specific instructions about Chris’ gift,” designer Jason Arasheben told OK!. “She was very particular about wanting the cross to match his other jewelry.
The jeweler also sold 19-year-old Chris the gift for his Barbados-born beauty.
“He went for the heart theme,” Arasheben explained. “He said, ‘She’s going to love this because she loves hearts.’”

Melissa Joan Hart Begins Potty Training Adventure
Melissa Joan Hart has such a potty mouth. And that’s a good thing!
The former Sabrina, the Teenage Witch star is ready to begin potty training her eldest son, Mason, 2. And, in cooperation with Pull-Ups training pants, she’ll be keeping an online diary of the high-fives and (soggy) lows.
“I’ve been watching DVDs … and meeting with experts and trying to figure out the potty training, but it really is different for every single kid,” Hart told PEOPLE at The Playroom’s First Anniversary benefiting the organization Friends of the Family on Wednesday in L.A. “You have to take what works for you and leave the rest behind.”
“When Mason first showed signs that he was ready to use the potty, my husband and I were really excited and – more than anything – proud,” Hart, who’s married to musician Mark Wilkerson, said in a statement. “Potty training is one of the first times I’ll be able to act as a teacher to my son, and that adds a little pressure.”
Also adding pressure, she revealed to PEOPLE, is Mason’s need for post-potty celebration. “Normally if you do a high five with a kid, that should be enough of ‘hey, you went on the potty! High five!’ but Mason likes lots of celebration, it has to be all about him, so that’s his thing,” she said. “What works as a reward? Sticker, stamps, candy … We use Hot Wheels cars, but Hot Wheels only worked for a week and then we had to go back to candy and now we’re at stickers.”
The 32-year-old actress – who gave birth to Braydon Hart Wilkerson in March – also talked about the joys of having two boys. “Mason has been great – every time he sees the baby he’s always like, ‘Baby’s so cute,’ and has all these sweet things to say. He always wants to hold him and feed him.”
Maybe she’ll even have help on the next potty-training round!

Zac Hanson and His Wife Have a Boy!
Zac Hanson and his wife Kate welcomed a son, John Ira Shepherd Hanson, on Tuesday in Tulsa, the musician tells PEOPLE exclusively.
The baby boy, who will go by the name Shepherd, weighed in at 8 lbs, 4 oz. “I am so overjoyed,” the proud papa, 22, tells PEOPLE. “There is not an audience or concert that could ever stand up to the feeling of meeting your baby for the first time.”
New mom Kate, 24, is equally happy, saying, “Shepherd is the most wonderful gift we could ever receive. We’re already enjoying every second of this great adventure.”
Though Shepherd is only a day old, he’s already got a built-in playgroup: Cousins Ezra, 5, Penelope, 3, and River, 20 months (middle Hanson brother Taylor and his wife Natalie’s children) and Everett, 1 (eldest Hanson brother Isaac, and his wife Nikki’s son).
But Shepherd won’t be the baby of the family for long: Isaac and Nikki will welcome their second child next month.
“It will be really fun to see [the] little ones grow up together,” Zac told PEOPLE in November. “I know watching them is going to inspire a lot of music.”
