Amy Winehouse Trashes Hotel Room
Amy Winehouse has been staying in the Riverbank Plaza Hotel in London since exiting rehab, but she’s repeatedly prevented housekeeping from entering the room. The management finally went in while Amy was performing at the Brits Awards and found over $6,000 in damages, according to The Sun:
“Booze was spilled all over the wooden hallway and cigarette butts, countless bottles of champagne and unwashed knickers were all over the floor. The blackened bath had to be scrubbed and unclogged after she dyed and washed her famous beehive in the tub. She had even taken a large mirror off the wall and placed it on the floor. Staff were baffled why. I’m not.”
Wow, well isn’t this stereotypical of a diva.

Aaron Carter Busted
Aaron Carter was arrested in Texas yesterday on charges of possession of at least two ounces of pot. However, he also had two pit bulls with him at the time - an adult and a puppy. Unfortunately, when Aaron was taken to jail, his dogs went to the pound. As soon as he was released, he went to Sam B. Coffey Animal Shelter to retrieve them, paying a $70 impound fee.
The woman who runs the shelter says that his dogs “were very, very well-trained” and that Aaron was “extremely happy to see his dogs and they were well cared-for.”
Pfft, sure. My guess is he was just extremely happy not to be in the slammer anymore.

David Beckham Shirtless!
As you can here, this is one of the few photos of David Backham at the Pan Pacific Championships in Hawaii. It was his first trip to Honolulu and he seems to be lovin’ every minute of the sunshine and the fans at the Aloha Stadium there yesterday.
This applause and shirtlessness came after the L.A. Galaxy’s game against Gamba Osaka.
I assumed by taking of his shirt it was is way of saying, “Thanks guys! Now, feast your eyes on THIS.”

Cruz Beckham Has Some Moves
Victoria Beckham’s two-year-old son, Cruz Beckham, ended up upstaging the Spice Girls at their Madison Square Garden concert when he busted out some amazing breakdancing moves on stage with the other Spice Girl kids.
According to someone who attended the concert, “All the girls had to stop singing because they were laughing so hard… He did a little headstand, then even spun on his head a little.”
He also got a standing ovation from the crowd, and he is a toddler - this kid has got skills!

Vanessa Hudgens Christmas Sex Tape?
Though nothing has been confirmed, apparently, Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron allegedly star in a new sex tape together with a yuletide theme captured on a cellphone. About a year ago, this rumor was brought up by a site known for posting fake news, but has recently resurfaced again.
The Sun reports: “Reportedly the beauty, whose naked pictures were leaked on to the net last year, is sitting underneath a Christmas tree wearing nothing but a Santa hat and a red thong.” She says to the camera: “I’ve been a good girl this year.”
Zac then appears before ‘nature takes it’s course.’
In my opinion, this was and still is totally fake. I’m the type of person that has to see something with my own eyes to believe it, but hopefully I won’t EVER have to see this.

More Horror For Jessica Alba
If I was her, I’d be hoping to redeem myself for that awful Chinese horror remake she recently starred in - “The Eye”. Fortunately or unfortunately, depending on how you look at it, Jessica Alba appeared in Latina Magazine and paid homage to a bunch of horror classics. “Psycho”, “Scream”, “Exorcist”, “Birds”, and “Rosemary’s Baby” were all shot with Jessica inn place and posing as the original characters.
Wahoo? If I was her, I’d stick to looking gorgeous.

Paris Hilton Banned From Oscars!
In news that will neither shock nor surprise you, everyone in the movie industry hates Paris Hilton. Her most recent movie that bombed the box office, “The Hottie and the Nottie”, earned a 1.1 rating on imdb.com’s worst 100 movies list, and took the gold!
A source said, “She cried hot, salty tears when she was banned from the Oscars. She’s desperate to be taken seriously as an actress and hoped she would be able to network with film executives.”
Another source said, “She’s tempted to go to the parties afterwards but might wear her trademark wig to save her dignity.”
Haha, well, Paris’ acting coach needs to be fired ASAP for starters. I don’t think she should waste money on a new one either.

Avril Lavinge On Britney Spears
Avril Lavigne is apparently publicly commiserating with Britney Spears. Which I find strange, because I’m pretty sure she was hatin’ on her a few years ago.
“No one else has it as hard as Britney, I feel bad for her. How does she even think with all those flashbulbs?” Avril then went on to reveal that she’s actually commiserating with herself by saying “When I’m being followed, everything’s thrown off. They run red lights. They cause accidents. She can’t even walk to her car. F*cking stalkers!”
It’s odd how she pinballs between her and Britney in that statement, but whatever - Avril’s always been outspoken.

The New York City paparazzi got a special treat when Hilary Duff and her boyfriend Mike Comrie attended the Waverly Inn last night for dinner.
Hil, looking gorgeous as usual, walked out in the freezing winter cold wearing just a black halter-style top with black pants and some extremely red heels - stylin’!
This is probably only the second time I’ve seen her in public with Mike, where is she hiding him anyway?

Brtiney Held Captive In Her Own House?
Britney Spears is supposedly being held hostage in her own house, according to a New York attorney. I wasn’t aware of this, but apparently being held hostage means shopping in Beverly Hills all weekend. Who would’a thought?
“Anyone who’s under a conservatorship can argue that they’ve lost their civil rights,” said Peter Tiersma, a law professor who teaches trusts and wills at Loyola Law School. “That’s what a conservatorship does, it takes away some of your rights.”
If the federal court were to take jurisdiction on Britney’s case, said Peter, “that would mean that anyone under a conservatorship could do this, and that’s a loophole you could drive a truck through.”
Lost her civil rights? Hold the phone. She is trouncing around Beverly Hills shopping, texting, and drinking Starbucks! Someone please take me captive!

Paris Performs With The Pussycat Dolls!
I’m not sure how many birthdays Paris Hilton had recently, but Saturday night she celebrated her 27th again by performing with The Pussycat Dolls at the Pure Nightclub in Las Vegas. Anyone else see the the irony in that?
We all know Paris has absolutely no coordination, and with that outfit you probably would of thought the worst. Fortunately, nobody was injured - which including loss of hearing.
The Pussycat Dolls “sassy but classy” motto they live by, though completely false, was even brought down a notch tonight after making Paris their temporary member. I mean, you would think even they had standards.

Lindsay Lohan posed nude for a photo shoot with legendary photographer Bert Stern. Bert recreated an iconic photo shoot he did with Marilyn Monroe 46 years ago for New York magazine. Why choose Lindsay Lohan? Besides her “depth” (i.e. sweater cannons), Bert found similarities between the two actresses:
Stern, who shot the photos on film rather than digitally, told me he was interested in Lohan because he suspected “she had a lot more depth to her” than one might assume from “those teenage movies.” Indeed, many in the film industry believe that Lohan has yet to pursue projects equal to her gifts. Without putting too fine a point on it, you might say Lohan has, like Monroe, a knack for courting the tabloids and tripping up her career.

Natalie Portman Lays A Big Ol’ Kiss On Scarlett Johansson
Wow, I bet the men, and possibly some women are loving this.
These shots are of Natalie Portman smacking lips with Scarlett Johansson at the premiere of their movie, “The Other Boleyn Girl,” - where they happen to play sisters. Hm, yeah, not exactly the best place to explore your sexuality.
The co-stars have apparently become quite close friends over the past year though, and Natalie confessed to W magazine that she is worried she comes off as the more boring one of the two. Oh! Perhaps this act was a way for Natalie to show everyone that she can be spontaneous and fun? Or maybe Scarlett just wanted to make boyfriend Ryan Reynolds feel jealous. Either way - mission accomplished!

Who’s In Charge Of Britney Spears’ Money?
The trust where Britney Spears keeps most of her estimated $100 million fortune is out of her hands – and under the control of her brother and a lawyer, according to court documents released Thursday. And for 30-year-old Bryan Spears, that means keeping tabs on everything from cash to pay for medicine to money for her Starbucks runs.
Bryan is a co-trustee to his famous sister’s SJB revocable trust. According to the trust, which was established in 2004, if Britney stops being a trustee, “then Bryan Spears … and Ivan Taback [a partner in the personal planning department of the New York-based law firm Proskauer Rose] may act as successor co-trustees under the trust.”
The troubled 26-year-old singer, who was recently released from the UCLA Medical Center psych ward, has been stripped of her trustee powers because she is currently considered “legally disabled” by the court, which also extended her father Jamie’s co-conservator role until March 10. A court reaffirmed Bryan and Taback’s roles on Thursday.
“This is nothing new,” says Bryan Spears. “This was a decision made some time ago and signed off on by Britney, before she was married to Kevin, before she had kids. As with anyone with a large trust, trustees were named. This is nothing new.”
So what does it mean to be a trustee? Bryan and Taback have the power to pay for Britney’s “continued security, medicine, food, other day-to-day expenses and for psychiatric and other medical services,” according to court documents. Neither party can act unilaterally, but require “unanimous consent” with the other trustees to act. The documents also state that the trustees can’t sell or lease Britney’s home without a court order, nor can they remove any of Britney’s property from California.
The trustee appointments were made a week after conservatorship attorneys were granted the right to fire Britney’s business manager, Howard Grossman.

McCartney-Mills Divorce Case To Go Into Second Week
Despite an expected wrap-up on Friday, the behind-closed-doors divorce hearing of Paul McCartney and Heather Mills is now likely to stretch into a second week.
Officials at London’s Royal Courts of Justice tell the Associated Press that Justice Hugh Bennett has allotted extra time for the case to continue on Monday.
Mills, 40, and McCartney, 65, judiciously avoided comment to the press all this week. Reporters are not permitted inside Judge Bennett’s Court 34 in the Family Division of London’s Royal Courts of Justice.
The couple – who were married inside an Irish castle in 2002 – are battling over a financial settlement for Mills and arrangements for their daughter Beatrice, 4. According to reports, the former model is seeking a deal worth up to $100 million.
Representing McCartney is Fiona Shackleton, who was hired by Prince Charles for his 1996 divorce from Princess Diana. Mills is representing herself, after having fired her legal team late last year.
